As the Managing Member & Founder of Environmental Pollution Solutions LLC (EPS), Art Deicke brings his unparalleled expertise in industrial stormwater policy and regulation to the North Bay Area and its surrounding communities. With a distinguished 21-year career in the U.S. Navy and an additional 8 years at a reputable environmental consulting firm in the Central Valley, Art’s experience is the cornerstone of EPS’s success.

Founded in March 2013, EPS is the culmination of Art’s passion for environmental stewardship and his commitment to making a positive impact on the region. As an active and engaging member of the North Bay Area community, Art leverages his expertise to provide invaluable support to clients in areas such as litigation, stormwater monitoring & sampling, facility inspections, report preparation, and permit compliance assistance.

Art’s impressive array of certifications, including CPSWQ, QSP/QSD, QISP, CGL, QISP TOR, and CPISM, speaks to his dedication to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and proficiency.

Chantrelle Meyer

Chantrelle embarked on her journey with the EPS Team in December 2017, joining as a talented AutoCAD drafter. With a profound love for drafting and an innate eye for design, she infuses every project with a creative flair that sets her work apart. However, her contributions extend far beyond drafting, as Chantrelle has embraced diverse responsibilities within EPS, making her an indispensable asset to the team.

Beyond her primary role as AutoCAD drafter, Chantrelle has embraced additional responsibilities at EPS. She actively assists in conducting field visits, site evaluations, and stormwater sample collection, allowing her to gain invaluable insights and firsthand data to enrich her design decisions. Her multidisciplinary approach and willingness to step outside her role showcase her dedication to contributing to every aspect of EPS’s work. In 2019, Chantrelle achieved the prestigious QISP (Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practitioner) certification, demonstrating her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry knowledge and her dedication to providing top-notch stormwater solutions.

Chantrelle’s pursuit of excellence extends beyond her professional role, as she has spent four years dedicating herself to studying design and architecture locally. Her thirst for knowledge and desire to continuously improve her skills have equipped her with a diverse toolkit of creative ideas and innovative approaches. Currently, Chantrelle is taking her passion for the environment to the next level by pursuing an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science. Her academic journey aligns with her values, reinforces her understanding of environmental dynamics, and provides her with a comprehensive perspective on sustainable design.

Sarah Deicke
Operations Manager & Business Development

Sarah holds a Master’s Degree in Business from the prestigious Presidio Graduate School, where she focused on understanding the connections between business and sustainability from a triple bottom line perspective. This comprehensive approach, considering people, profit, and planet, has made her a driving force behind EPS’s commitment to incorporating sustainable practices.

With a diverse skill set, Sarah brings her keen eye for design to the drafting team, actively contributing to the creation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) that ensure environmental compliance and eco-friendly solutions for clients. Beyond drafting, Sarah’s strategic thinking and business acumen come into play as she collaborates with her father, Art, to integrate sustainability values into EPS’s core ethos. This ensures that every EPS project is financially sound while remaining environmentally and socially responsible.

Sarah also takes on various HR responsibilities, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment for the EPS team. From employee onboarding to team-building activities, her dedication to the team’s well-being is evident.
